I am currently updating my Birthday Club mailing list. Please send me your Birthdate (month and day only) to receive a exclusive Birthday coupon and personalized Birthday card from me.

I am working on planning 4 crops in the upcoming months. Venues are hard to come by in this area I am trying to get the lowest price possible. I don't want to waste my time with venues and services (food) that would just be over any of my customers budgets. There is a poll in the sidebar right now that I would like feed back on what is is just too much? Keep in mind the highest cost would include a lot of convenience. Scrap space, drinks and snack items throughout the day, 3 meals, CTMH workshop kit, and goody bags. Basically, show up with your projects and supplies and go to town until the time is up.

  1. the all day crops I typically go to cost $40...it includes a nice goodie bag, door prizes, dinner and dessert, and drinks and snacks throughout the day, A FULL table to ourself and runs from 12-10p.
I have also been to another crop that goes from 9-7, costs $5 (to pay for cleanup), bring snacks to share, and fend for yourself for lunch and dinner. (it's not put on by a consultant and is at her church, the $5 is a 'tip' for the janitor that cleans up after us).
I am fine with either one, but would never pay over $40-50 for a day crop, when it only costs me about $100 to go on a weekend retreat....
