October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Breast Cancer is something that has affected my life. My best friend's mother (also my mother's best friend) lost her war with breast cancer. She won many battles and fought bravely against a very ruthless opponent. Recently her daughter (my best friend) was married to the love of her life and though she had many friends and family members there to help celebrate her and her day her mother's presence was missed. In memory of JoAn Weddle and in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month I am donating a portion of all my sales for the month of October to Susan G Komen for the Cure because as my best friend's wedding programs said "No daughter should be without her mother on her wedding day." So go PINK! Feel your boobies and save the ta-tas!

What you need to know: The space is limited to 10 (March dates has 15) scrappers. If you would like to join in the fun please let me know. There's no cost for these events but I will be taking a RSVP list and waiting list. It's a first come, first served basis. If you plan to attend and something comes up please let me know ASAP so those on the waiting list can make the arrangements to attend in your place. When you RSVP via email please make sure that you specify which date or both you are planning to attend.

What's included: 6ft table space. You are in charge of your meals and clean up. The room must be returned in the same condition which we received it.

Admission fee includes:
I will provide bagels and cream cheese for a morning snack/breakfast, sandwiches for lunch, and pizza for dinner (2 slices per person). I will also be providing every attendee with a Close To My Heart Goodie bag of papers, embellishments, and other goodies.
