What you need to know: The space is limited to 10 (March dates has 15) scrappers. If you would like to join in the fun please let me know. There's no cost for these events but I will be taking a RSVP list and waiting list. It's a first come, first served basis. If you plan to attend and something comes up please let me know ASAP so those on the waiting list can make the arrangements to attend in your place. When you RSVP via email please make sure that you specify which date or both you are planning to attend.

When: Feb 26th, 2011; 8am to 4pm & March 19th, 2011; 8am to 4pm
Where: Salem Fields Community Church
What's included: 6ft table space. You are in charge of your meals and clean up. The room must be returned in the same condition which we received it.

Crop Til You Drop Deadline

Those that are interested in the Crop Til You Drop Event need to be registered by October 6th. I need a head count to make sure food and tables are prepared for our event. You can see the previous post about the Crop to register by clicking the "Pay Now" button or you can print off this registration form and send me the bottom half with your payment.
